This notice proposes to amend the Class E airspace area at Salyer Farms, CA. The development of a Special Global Positioning System (GPS) Runway (RWY) 32 Standard Instrument Approach Procedure (SIAP) at Salyer Farms Airport has made this proposal necessary.
