Proposed Amendment of Class E Airspace; Salyer Farms, CA

This notice proposes to amend the Class E airspace area at Salyer Farms, CA. The development of a Special Global Positioning System (GPS) Runway (RWY) 32 Standard Instrument Approach Procedure (SIAP) at Salyer Farms Airport has made this proposal necessary. The intended effect of this proposal is to provide adequate controlled airspace for Instrument Flight Rules (IFR) operations at Salyer Farms Airport, Corcoran, CA.
