EPA is taking direct final action to approve a State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision submitted by the State of Maryland. This SIP revision pertains to the control of volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions from paper, film, and foil coatings. Specifically, Maryland is amending its regulations by adopting the requirements of EPA's Control Technique Guidelines (CTG) for Paper, Film, and Foil Coatings.
