This SIP revision pertains to the control of volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions from paper, film, and foil coatings. Specifically, Maryland is amending its regulations by adopting the requirements of EPA's Control Technique Guidelines (CTG) for Paper, Film, and Foil Coatings. These amendments will reduce VOC emissions from this source category. This action is being taken in accordance with the requirements of the Clean Air Act (CAA).
