EPA Approves Maryland's Air Quality Plan to Reduce VOC Emissions from Paper, Film, and Foil Coatings

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved a State Implementation Plan revision submitted by the State of Maryland, which aims to reduce volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions from paper, film, and foil coatings by adopting EPA's Control Technique Guidelines (CTG) for this source category.
