Certain Frozen Warmwater Shrimp From India: Preliminary Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review, and Preliminary No Shipment Determination

The Department of Commerce (Department) is conducting the sixth administrative review of the antidumping duty order on certain frozen warmwater shrimp (shrimp) from India. The respondents which the Department selected for individual examination are Apex Exports (Apex) and Falcon Marine Exports Limited (Falcon). The respondents which were not selected for individual examination are listed in the "Preliminary Results of the Review" section of this notice. The period of review (POR) is February 1, 2010, through January 31, 2011. We preliminarily determine that Falcon has not made sales at below normal value (NV), while Apex has made sales at below NV, and, therefore, these sales are subject to antidumping duties. In addition, based on the preliminary results for the respondents selected for individual examination, we have preliminarily determined a margin for those companies that were not individually examined. If the preliminary results are adopted in our final results of administrative review, we will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to assess antidumping duties on all appropriate entries. Interested parties are invited to comment on the preliminary results.
