US Department of Commerce Announces Preliminary Results of Antidumping Duty Review on Indian Frozen Shrimp

The US Department of Commerce has begun its sixth review of the antidumping duty order on frozen warmwater shrimp from India, preliminarily determining that one company, Falcon Marine Exports Limited, has not sold its products at below normal value, while another, Apex Exports, has made such sales, making them subject to antidumping duties. Interested parties can comment on the preliminary results.
