EPA is taking direct final action to approve a revision to the Commonwealth of Virginia State Implementation Plan (SIP). The revision establishes regulations for the control of volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions from mobile equipment repair and refinishing operations in the northern Virginia portion of the Metropolitan Washington, DC Ozone Nonattainment Area (northern Virginia Area).
