EPA is finalizing approval of revisions to the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) portion of the Arizona State Implementation Plan (SIP). These revisions were proposed in the Federal Register on April 22, 2004, and concern opacity standards related to particulate matter (PM-10) emissions from industrial processes.
