The Minerals Management Service's Office of Indian Royalty Assistance (OIRA) is soliciting comments from Indian mineral owners to determine the effectiveness of its services. We estimate that it takes about 2 minutes to respond to these questions and that approximately 60 respondents will respond annually. Description of Respondents: Individual Indian mineral owners.
