The National Advisory Council on Violence Against Women, co- chaired by the Attorney General and Secretary of Health and Human Services, will meet November 14, 1997 in Room 800 of the United States Department of Health and Human Services, 200 Independence Avenue, NW, Washington, D.C. 20201.
