The National Advisory Council on Violence Against Women, co- chaired by the Attorney General and Secretary of Health and Human Services, will meet November 14, 1997 in Room 800 of the United States Department of Health and Human Services, 200 Independence Avenue, NW, Washington, D.C. 20201. Scheduled to begin at 9:00 a.m. and adjourn at 5:00 p.m., the meeting will include opening remarks by the Attorney General and Secretary Shalala, committee meetings, and an afternoon plenary session. Committee meetings and the plenary session will be open to the public on a space-available basis. Reservations are required and a photo ID will be requested for admittance.
