Résumé

On May 15, 1995, the Department of Commerce (the Department) submitted to the Court of International Trade (CIT) the final results of redetermination pursuant to a court remand in Aimcor, et al. v. United States (Slip Op. 94-192, December 13, 1994). On September 16, 1995, the CIT affirmed our redetermination (Slip Op. 94-192). In accordance with that affirmation, we are hereby amending the Final Determination of Sales at Less Than Fair Value: Ferrosilicon from Venezuela 58 FR 27522 (May 10, 1993). We have recalculated the margin for the sole respondent in the investigation, CVG-Venezolana de Ferrosilicio C.A. (CVG-FESILVEN), as well as the ``All Others'' rate, as follows:
