U.S. Department of Commerce Amends Order and Final Determination of Sales at Less Than Fair Value: Ferrosilicon From Venezuela

The U.S. Department of Commerce has amended its previous determination regarding the sale of ferrosilicon from Venezuela, following a court affirmation, and recalculated the margin for the sole respondent in the investigation, CVG-Venezolana de Ferrosilicio C.A. (CVG-FESILVEN).
