On May 15, 1995, the Department of Commerce (the Department) submitted to the Court of International Trade (CIT) the final results of redetermination pursuant to a court remand in Aimcor, et al. v. United States (Slip Op. 94-192, December 13, 1994). On September 16, 1995, the CIT affirmed our redetermination (Slip Op. 94-192).
