EPA has authorized its contractors, Battelle Memorial Institute (BMI) of Columbus, OH and Avanti Corporation of Alexandria, VA, to access information which has been submitted to EPA under sections 4, 5, 6, 8(a), 11 and 21 of the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA).
