EPA Grants Access to Confidential Business Information to Battelle Memorial Institute and Avanti Corporation

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has authorized Battelle Memorial Institute and its subcontractor Avanti Corporation to access confidential business information related to toxic substances, as required by the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA).
