The FAA is adopting a reservation system to limit the number of unscheduled aircraft arrivals at Chicago's O'Hare International Airport (O'Hare) during the peak hours of 7 a.m. through 8:59 p.m., central time, Monday through Friday, and 12 p.m. through 8:59 p.m. central time on Sunday.
