The program is five weeks in length and will be conducted during November and December of 2001. The Bureau is seeking detailed proposals from colleges, universities, consortia of colleges and universities, and other not- for-profit academic organizations that have an established reputation in one or more of the following fields: political science, international relations, law and diplomacy, and other disciplines related to the program theme.
