U.S. Department of State Announces Grant Opportunity for East Timorese Diplomats

The U.S. Study of the U.S. Branch is seeking proposals from non-profit organizations to develop a five-week academic seminar on American Constitutional Government and U.S. Foreign Policy for 10 newly trained East Timorese diplomats, with a program schedule set for November and December 2001.
