Deferral of Licensing of MTA Commercial Broadband PCS

The Commission released this Memorandum Opinion and Order (MO&O) to address an Application for Review filed by the National Association of Black Owned Broadcasters, Percy E. Sutton, and the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People. This MO&O denies the application. The MO&O is necessary to answer the issues addressed in the application. The intended affect of this action is to resolve the issues set forth in the application.
