MTA Commercial Broadband PCS Licensing Deferral

The FCC has released a Memorandum Opinion and Order (MO&O) denying an application by the National Association of Black Owned Broadcasters, Percy E. Sutton, and the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People to review the licensing of MTA Commercial Broadband PCS, aimed at resolving the issues raised in the application.
