Brass Sheet and Strip From Germany: Preliminary Results of the Third Five-Year (“Sunset”) Review of the Antidumping Duty Order

On March 1, 2011, the Department of Commerce ("the Department") initiated its third sunset review of the antidumping duty order on brass sheet and strip from Germany, pursuant to section 751(c) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended ("the Act"). The Department is conducting a full sunset review of the order pursuant to 751(c) of the Act and 19 CFR 351.218(e)(2)(i). As a result of this sunset review, the Department preliminarily finds that revocation of the antidumping duty order on brass sheet and strip from Germany would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping.
