US Department of Commerce to Review Antidumping Duty Order on German Brass Sheet and Strip
The US Department of Commerce has initiated its third sunset review of the antidumping duty order on brass sheet and strip from Germany, as required by the Tariff Act of 1930. Preliminary results indicate that revoking the order would likely lead to continued dumping of the imported goods.
