Finished Carbon Steel Flanges From India: Preliminary Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2017-2018

The Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily finds that Norma (India) Limited (Norma) and R.N. Gupta & Co. Ltd. (Gupta), producers/exporters of finished carbon steel flanges (flanges) from India, sold subject merchandise at prices below normal value during the period of review (POR) February 8, 2017 through July 31, 2018. We invite interested parties to comment on these preliminary results.
