US Department of Commerce Preliminarily Finds India-Based Companies Sold Carbon Steel Flanges Below Normal Value

The US Department of Commerce has found that Norma (India) Limited and R.N. Gupta & Co. Ltd. sold finished carbon steel flanges from India at prices below their normal value during the 2017-2018 period, prompting a request for public comment on the preliminary results.
