In this document, the Commission affirmed the Schools and Libraries Division's decisions and denied the Requests for Review filed by Ysleta Independent School District, El Paso, Texas, et al. However, the Commission waived the filing window for Funding Year 2002 to permit the above-captioned schools to resubmit requests for eligible products and services for Funding Year 2002.
