FCC Denies Review of Ysleta ISD Funding Decision, Waives Deadline

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has denied a request for review from Ysleta Independent School District in El Paso, Texas, but waived the filing deadline for the 2002 funding year, allowing the district to resubmit its requests for eligible products and services.
