Privacy Act of 1974, As Amended; Revisions to System of Records

In accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974, as amended (Privacy Act), the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is proposing to amend the notice describing the system of records (system) currently entitled NRC-32, ``Office of the Controller Financial Transactions and Debt Collection Management Records--NRC,'' by adding five new routine uses and revising five existing routine uses in order to permit NRC to comply with certain provisions of the Debt Collection Improvement Act of 1996 (DCIA), Public Law 104-134. The system notice was last published in the Federal Register on April 17, 1996.
