NRC Proposes Revisions to System of Records Under Privacy Act of 1974

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is proposing to update its system of records to comply with the Debt Collection Improvement Act of 1996, as required by the Privacy Act of 1974. The proposed changes will allow NRC to use personal data for debt collection purposes.
