A Notice was published in the Federal Register on October 11, 1996, announcing the availability of a draft environmental impact statement (EIS) on regional standards for rangeland health and guidelines for livestock grazing management on BLM-administered lands east of the Continental Divide in Montana, North Dakota, and South Dakota. The comment period for this draft EIS is from October 11, 1996, to January 13, 1997.
