A Notice was published in the Federal Register on October 11, 1996, announcing the availability of a draft environmental impact statement (EIS) on regional standards for rangeland health and guidelines for livestock grazing management on BLM-administered lands east of the Continental Divide in Montana, North Dakota, and South Dakota. The comment period for this draft EIS is from October 11, 1996, to January 13, 1997. This notice supplements and, in some cases, changes the information on public meetings provided in the earlier notice.
