Gulf of Mexico Fishery Management Council; Meeting

The Gulf of Mexico Fishery Management Council's Stone Crab and Spiny Lobster Advisory Panels will hold a public meeting on April 18, 1994, from 10:30 a.m. until 5 p.m. The purpose of the meeting is to review Draft Stone Crab Amendment 5 and a Draft Generic Amendment defining traps used in both fisheries. Amendment 5 proposes a moratorium on registering stone crab vessels and a framework procedure for implementing certain state rules in the Exclusive Economic Zone. The meeting will be held at the Regional Service Center, State Building, suite 104, 2796 Overseas Highway (U.S. Highway 1), Marathon, FL.
