On August 9, 2007, FRA published a direct final rule in the Federal Register which made technical amendments to Appendix D of 49 CFR Part 222. As reflected in DOT Docket No. FRA-2007-27285, FRA did not receive any comments or requests for an oral hearing on the direct final rule. Therefore, FRA is issuing this document to confirm that the direct final rule took effect on October 9, 2007, the date specified in the rule.

Notice of Public Meetings of the Georgia Advisory Committee to the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the provisions of the rules and regulations of the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights (Commission) and the Federal Advisory Committee Act, that the Georgia Advisory Committee (Committee) to the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights will hold public meetings via Zoom.
