Use of Locomotive Horns at Highway-Rail Grade Crossings; Technical Amendments to Appendix D

The Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) confirmed that a technical amendment to Appendix D of 49 CFR Part 222 took effect on October 9, 2007, after no comments or oral hearing requests were received for a direct final rule published on August 9, 2007.
