The Department of Commerce (the Department) is extending the time limit for the final results of the administrative review of the antidumping duty order on cold-rolled carbon steel flat products from the Netherlands. This review covers one manufacturer/exporter, Hoogovens Staal BV and Hoogovens Steel USA, Inc., and the period August 1, 1997 through July 31, 1998.
