The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) received and is considering approval of an application filed by ADP CR3, LLC (ADP CR3), on behalf of itself and its corporate parents related to NorthStar Group Services, Inc. (NorthStar) (together, the applicants), on November 19, 2020.
