U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission to Consider Approval of License Transfer for Crystal River Unit 3 Nuclear Generating Plant

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is reviewing an application by ADP CR3, LLC, on behalf of itself and its corporate parents, NorthStar Group Services, Inc., to transfer the license for the Crystal River Unit 3 Nuclear Generating Plant to a new intermediary holding company.
