In compliance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, this notice announces that the Information Collection Request (ICR) summarized below, regarding the reinstatement of a previously approved collection of information on Federal Motor vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) No. 125, will be submitted to the Office of Management and Budget for review and approval.
