This notice amends the notice that appeared in the Federal Register dated September 10, 1999, Vol. 64, No. 175, on page 49269, titled ``North American Free Trade Agreement's Land Transportation Standards Subcommittee and Transportation Consultative Group: Annual Plenary Session.'' The text of the second paragraph under the heading ``Meetings and Deadlines'' is being amended to change the time of the listening session. The paragraph should read as follows:
