This notice amends the notice that appeared in the Federal Register dated September 10, 1999, Vol. 64, No. 175, on page 49269, titled ``North American Free Trade Agreement's Land Transportation Standards Subcommittee and Transportation Consultative Group: Annual Plenary Session.''
