Resumo
The Commission proposes to amend certain final rules for investigations and related proceedings under section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930 (19 U.S.C. 1337) to do the following: eliminate the Federal Register publication requirement for [[Page 16083]] certain notices that are not required by law; and reduce the number of documents that are served on other Federal agencies pursuant to section 337(b)(2).
