Notice of Proposed Rulemaking Concerning Federal Register Notices and Service of Documents on Other Agencies

Resumen

The Commission proposes to amend certain final rules for investigations and related proceedings under section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930 (19 U.S.C. 1337) to do the following: eliminate the Federal Register publication requirement for [[Page 16083]] certain notices that are not required by law; and reduce the number of documents that are served on other Federal agencies pursuant to section 337(b)(2).
