The application seeks NRC approval of the direct transfer of Facility Operating License DPR-72 for Crystal River Nuclear Generating Plant, Unit 3, from eight minority co-owners to DEF. The NRC is also considering amending the facility operating license for administrative purposes to reflect the proposed transfer.
