U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission to Consider Approval of Duke Energy Florida's License Transfer for Crystal River Nuclear Plant

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission is reviewing an application by Duke Energy Florida, Inc. to transfer the operating license for Crystal River Nuclear Generating Plant, Unit 3, from minority co-owners to the company, with the goal of streamlining operations and administration.
