Notice is hereby given that the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Agricultural Research Service, intends to grant Baumgartner Environics, Inc., of Olivia, Minnesota an exclusive license to U.S. Patent No. 6,126,722, "Electrostatic Reduction System for Reducing Airborne Dust and Microorganisms," issued on October 3, 2000, for all uses in the field of livestock agriculture. Notice of Availability of this invention for licensing was published in the Federal Register on July 27, 1999.
