U.S. Department of Agriculture to Grant Exclusive License for Electrostatic Reduction System

The U.S. Department of Agriculture has announced its intention to grant an exclusive license to Baumgartner Environics, Inc. for the use of a patented electrostatic reduction system in livestock agriculture, following a notice published in the Federal Register in 1999.
