In settlement of alleged violations of federal law prohibiting unfair or deceptive acts or practices and unfair methods of competition this consent order prohibits, among other things, a Tennessee-based pharmacy service administrative organization and an unincorporated trade association from: entering into, maintaining, or enforcing a ``most favored nations'' clause in any participation agreement with any pharmacy firm; auditing any pharmacy firm for the purpose of enforcing a ``most favored nations'' clause; or inducing, suggesting, urging, encouraging, or assisting any person or entity to take any action in violation of this order.
