RxCare of Tennessee, Inc., et al. Agree to Settlement Over Prohibited Trade Practices

RxCare of Tennessee, Inc., and an unincorporated trade association have agreed to a settlement, prohibiting them from enforcing a 'most favored nations' clause in participation agreements with pharmacies and from auditing pharmacies to enforce such a clause, in order to resolve allegations of unfair or deceptive trade practices.
