Chapter 35), the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Secretariat has submitted to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) a request to review and approve an extension of a currently approved information collection requirement concerning Buy American Act--North American Free Trade Agreement Implementation Act--Balance of Payments Program Certificate. A request for public comments was published at 61 FR 50003, on September 24, 1996. No comments were received.
